1. No Return After Opening

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are NOT accepted if the bottle has been opened, used, or tampered with, even partially.

2. Eligible Returns

• Damaged or leaking product received

• Missing item in the order

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
